They are the right answer for a specific kind of client, and the wrong answer for others. We will tell you which you are.
If you want nails you never think about for three weeks — through washing up, work and everything else — gel or acrylic extensions are the more sensible choice. Press-ons are excellent, but they are a removable product, and a set worn hard for a fortnight will not behave like a bonded one. We would rather say that than sell you the wrong thing.
Prep is what decides whether they last the evening or the fortnight. Clean the natural nail, push cuticles back, wipe with alcohol so the nail is completely oil-free, then apply from the cuticle line down with firm pressure for a few seconds each.
Adhesive tabs give a day or two and come off very easily — good for a single evening. Nail glue gives one to two weeks and holds properly through more.
To remove, soak in warm soapy water until they loosen and lift them gently. Never force one off. That is the one way to damage your natural nail with press-ons, and it is entirely avoidable.
After removal, take the old adhesive off the underside, wipe them clean, and keep them in the box we give you rather than loose in a bag. Cared for that way, a custom set comes back out several times. Bring it in if a nail needs refinishing and we will sort it.
Order early — a custom set is made for you, not pulled off a shelf, so we need lead time. Brides often have a set made for a mehndi or sangeet and keep their own nails for the main day, or the reverse. Tell us your functions and we will suggest what makes sense. It is planned as part of the bridal consultation.

Yes. We measure each nail individually, because a set sized from a standard chart never sits flush at the cuticle. Yours are shaped, sized and finished for your hands.
Yes — that is one of the main advantages. Remove them gently, clean the old adhesive off the underside, and store them in the box. A set can be worn several times, and we can refinish one if it needs it.
Not if you remove them properly. Soak in warm soapy water and lift gently once they loosen. The only real risk is forcing a nail off, which takes layers of your own nail with it.
Press-ons if you want length for an event, need to remove them for work, or want to reuse a set. Extensions if you want nails you can forget about for two to three weeks of ordinary life. We will tell you honestly which fits you.
