Wax is never double-dipped — a spatula goes in once and is disposed of. Fresh linens for every client, single-use disposables, and every reusable tool sterilised after every single use. On intimate waxing this is not a nice-to-have and we treat it as non-negotiable.
Book two to three days ahead of the function rather than the day itself, so any sensitivity has fully settled. If it is your first time, do not make your wedding week the first time — come once beforehand so you know exactly what to expect, and so we can see how your skin responds. That it is completely routine for us, that everything is explained before it happens, that draping is used throughout, and that you set the pace. You do not need to decide which option you want before you arrive.
Around a quarter of an inch. If it is shorter than that the wax cannot grip properly and the result will be uneven — better to wait a few days.
Exfoliate gently two or three times a week between appointments but not on the day, wear loose clothing straight afterwards, and do not shave in between. If you are prone to them, tell us and we will give you a specific routine.
Every three to four weeks. Regular waxing softens regrowth over time, which makes each appointment faster and more comfortable.
